Worst camping night EVER. Unable to sleep because of the freight train passing many time at night...or during the day. Very unhappy!! ??????

This "family" RV park is across the street from three adult entertainment establishments. The road noise is horrible at all hours. The park is not well maintained, the location of the utilities are ridiculous and electric has a low voltage problem. The park was only about 50% occupied during our stay. Unfortunately, the low voltage contributed to the failure of our transfer switch-- it literally burnt-up! Luckily, it did not cause a fire in the coach. When we brought the issue up with the... When we brought the issue up with the owner he was arrogant and defensive, even though we were not requesting any monetary reimbursement. He said he had just upgraded his electrical system and had received no other complaints. He actually told my husband that slightly low voltage was okay. My husband, a building contractor, was able to bypass the transfer switch, temporarily, so we had shore power. In addition, he monitored the power for the remaining two days we were at the park and the voltage was consistently low, usually extremely low. This is a major problem! I would not recommend anyone stay at this park.

Not bad but complained three times about sewer backup and they never tried to fix it over two days.

Stayed here in 2014, paying $ 700/month, all in. This year, phoned for reservation, and, rate was supposed to be the same. Ended up paying $ 750.00/month, electrical was an additional $ 130/month, Could not connect to Wifi. Do not recommend nor, will we stay there again. 30 amp service was so poor, our toaster alone would kick the circuit breaker.
