Overall a nice park. Staff is courteous and the park is well maintained. We were assigned a pull-through transient space near the front of the park and we could hear large trucks on Hwy 101. Not bothersome or intrusive, but noticeable early in the morning. The space had gravel approches with a concrete parking pad, and small grass area with a picnic table. Utilities were easily accessed, although the electrical hook-up is low to the ground. Cable TV was nice. My only complaint was that there... Read More

My only complaint was that there was no easy way to get the tow vehicle back in front of the coach if you left. Once all of the transient spaces are full you have to back a couple hundred yards down a gravel path (or turn your tow rig around in very tight quarters) to re-attach to the front of your coach. Pain in the rear, and not well thought out.

Quiet park, easy to find your site - and there is plenty of room to pull thru them. Close to Face Rock, Bandon Old Town and there is a Farmers Market each weekend by the docks with a Fish Market next to it that is open all week.

My first "reserved" spot was flooded (I couldn't get to any of the hook-ups - they were under water and I wasn't going to go wading to plug in the electricity), I moved to the overflow up front then the park managers arrived and advised me to try another 2 available spots (one you couldn't get to the electrical connection because it was so low to the ground and the 2nd one the water connection was broken and drenched me when I turned it on), at this point it was dark and I didn't want to try another... I headed home... They didn't even try and refund my $. Very Disappointed

It was hard to find because the entrance is overgrown with bushes. Update and general maintenance updating would be nice, quiet area.

On Oct 6th 2015 I stayed one night in space #20 there was dog doo everywhere on both sides of my space, the area looked like it had very little maintenance recently also on the spaces on the east row you cannot easily access your space without driving through an existing space The office staff was very courteous and the park could be very good if cleaned up and maintained.

VERY DISAPPOINTED..... We have stayed here in past years and everything was four to five stars. This year, the place looked like it had been abandoned, like something out of a SciFi movie. The whole property was unkempt with dead grass and weeds everywhere. The bushes and trees all needed to be cut back. There were dead leaves and debris on all the roads and spaces. They had allowed some of their monthly guests to let their spaces accumulate all kinds of junk around their rigs (including bags of... Read More

They had allowed some of their monthly guests to let their spaces accumulate all kinds of junk around their rigs (including bags of trash). The office/rec-room smelled damp and musty, like it was full of mildew (they need window screens so they can get some ventilation in there). Sorry for the bad review, but it is all true and others traveling with us agreed. We will be back next year and hope things have gotten better. It WAS a nice park.......
