Pros: level site. That’s about it. Cons: nonexistent after hours help. No laundry hours posted. Limited laundry. (Locked our clothes in the washer at 9pm but did not open at the bathroom posted hours of 6am.) overall tired facility that in no way resembles their pictures. Lots of road noise. Overall would not stay here again.
Convenient to shopping is about the best this place has going for it. Restrooms aren’t that clean and aren’t open from 9:00PM TO 6:00AM. That’s absurd. If you want anything faster than dial up for wifi it’s 8 bucks…PER DAY. There are other good choices around the area.
There was nothing special about this RV park. Avoid it if U can. In the middle of town very noisy.
To be fair this park may have been a good park years ago. Arrived our first day evening. Guy across from us made a point to come over and explain that he had been getting rats in his motorhome. also mentioned that the guy 2 over woke up in the middle of the night to find someone trying to steal his bikes of the back of his rig. Went out at gun point and the guy ran away. Place claims to have fence all around it. Do not believe it. Not fence to the side to wendy's. Homeless people sleep in cars over... Read More

Homeless camp behind the park, thus the rats. We pulled out a day early because of the condition. Our travel friends stayed a couple more days and left early as well. For those of you needing access to the rest rooms, they give you a code, but it does not work between 8pm and 6 am. I believe they do this because of the homeless problem in the area. Grass is all dead and not attempts to water or even clean up the small trash items in the park. No love and no hope for this park. Big section is for permeant campers. Fun part is when you make a reservation she takes the year of you unit and says nothing over ten year old. When you enter the park first think you see is a 1998 old pace arrow that looks like it has not moved. The full living sections has more pieces of crab in it as well. My advice don't stay here. The Goodsam ratings of 9 and above are way off. This campground has many seasonal guests and the sites are extremely close. We had to be careful not to step on our neighbor’s sewer connection when we walked out of our motorhome. Not a pretty sight.
Was advised to watch out for two incoming emails with space and bathroom code number contained in one of them. Only received one email with a summary of charges. Had to call the day of arrival to confirm the space number. Forgot to check on the bathroom code. Arrived after the office closed, still no bathroom code, no neighbors knew code either. The office reopened next day, we were provided a bathroom code, entered the park bathroom, no toilet paper in the stall, and not very clean. Wifi is spotty... Read More

Wifi is spotty at best and the spaces are really close together. Chose this park based on the Good Sam ratings listed here, but completely disagree with them. Not sure if as Good sam members we can trust these ratings any longer after this experience.

If I could rate this facility a MINUS 10 Stars, I would. My wife and I made our reservations months in advance. It's obvious this place makes its $$ from more-or-less permanent residents, as the site we got was the only open one I saw, with all the others within sight having already fixed modular homes on them. Upon arrival at the end of a long day of driving, we were told that because the restrooms had been vandalized in previous months, that the locks would be locked from 10 PM until 6:00... Read More

It's obvious this place makes its $$ from more-or-less permanent residents, as the site we got was the only open one I saw, with all the others within sight having already fixed modular homes on them. Upon arrival at the end of a long day of driving, we were told that because the restrooms had been vandalized in previous months, that the locks would be locked from 10 PM until 6:00 AM, even though the doors had a coded entry pad, and that we would have no access to them. They'd been fixed, we just couldn't use them all night long. The owner or manager said that they did not even have to legally supply access to the restrooms, and implied that we were lucky to even get what access we could. We were not informed of this until we arrived in the evening, and were not offered any kind of a discount or even some poor excuse for an apology. All we got was bad attitude and we were made to feel like if we didn't like it, then hit the road and good riddance! We've camped for 40 years and this was the first Good Sam Park we'd tried, and I assure you it will be the last if I can help it! WORST CAMPGROUND TREATMENT I'VE EVER SEEN!!

A great place to both spend the night and stay for a couple of days if looking to explore around Bend, OR and central Oregon. Came in from a long drive from Carson City, NV and found the park to be a nice place to park and relax. Check-in was easy as was pulling into our spot and hooking up. The pads are almost level, so leveling wasn't that hard. Power, water, sewer, and TV hookups were very easy to make as all the equipment is well maintained. The lawns are well kept and groomed. I found the lots to be spaced nicely apart and the pads were super wide.

First of all, this was a very expensive two nights (about $100), so you would expect much more for that kind of money. Our space was very narrow and the person next to us was unable to put out his awning all the way. They have made spaces anywhere and everywhere to cram as many RVs as possible into their park. A lot of permanent people live there, not too appealing to look at. In addition, the advertised WiFi did not work the whole two days we were there. We were not the only ones in the office... We were not the only ones in the office complaining, but the women in the office was very nice and wanted to help, but couldn't do anything about it. Would not stay there again.

Our GPS was correct when it said our site was 200 ft from the Wendy's. Additionally there was no fence between us and the Wendy's parking lot. The bathrooms were on the border of the Wendy's parking lot and facing them. When I went to complain about the site the host was very surly about it and said she would give me my money back and I could leave as she had several campers waiting in line as they were sold out.. They were over $50.00 a night and not worth it. Sites close together and the next door site did not have a lid for the sewer connection so to walk out the door of our trailer put you right in front of the smelly sewer. I could not recommend this place for anyone...even though it was "in town". still quite a walk to the town area.

This park is centrally located in the town of Bend. While being directly of the main street, the sites are back from the street and relatively quiet. This park has two sides, one for RVers and the other for permanent residents which is separated by a fence. The RV side is nice with the sites spaced well apart with grass between each site. A good place for a stopover or visiting in Bend.
has two sections, over nighter and where people live year round. got put in the old section. nice people, starting to get trashy. in the old section. good location.
We came in and found that the park was ready for late arrivals. It was a bit on the expensive side ($52.14) but nice and quiet.
This park is like a Forrest in the middle of the city. Kind of tricky to come in and to go out of this park. The owners are super nice as we came into the park the wrong way, the owner was able to guide us to our spot. Everything what you need is close by. But as the last reviewer said you do get the traffic noise at night. We would stay here again. We stayed here two nights in a 5th wheel.
This is an excellent value stop in Bend. The prices are fair, the restrooms are extremely spacious and the park feels like you are in a forest with trees all around. Staff is friendly and very helpful. Our main ding on this park is the highway noise as the freeway is fairly close by. This is an urban RV park with all of the benefits and drawbacks associated with that fact. All that being said we would stay here again if we find ourselves in the Bend area.
Nice campground in the middle of the city. Close to every thing but feels like your in your own forest. Services worked fine with the exception of the wi fi. (In and out) Staff was nice and informative.
