When we arrived, there were a lot of weeds and trash. Since we got there after the office closed at 4 pm, our instructions did not contain the bathroom code, and we wouldn't be able to use the bathrooms. The park looked terrible, with a lot of longer term residents who were not keeping up their sites. We left and found another park.

The park is miss represented. Their site makes it look nice but all the grass has turned to weeds. The restroom were not very clean. The campers that are extending their stay need to clean up around their area. Lots of junk. Very disappointing.

This is NOT a 9 - 9.5 facility as currently noted! The sites are old and poorly maintained. We were in a gravel pull through which leveled ok but the grass at the site is primarily weeds and dried up. The "Dog Run" area is terrible. Small, rocks and very little grass. It reminded me of an old shuffleboard court that was filled in with rocks. No poop bags are provided. Many of the sites are long term 5th wheel occupied that haven't been cared for in a long time. Some with cars attached, tires flat... Read More

Some with cars attached, tires flat and weeds growing up the sides. Very few of the full time residents wearing masks or practicing social distance. The location is both positive and negative. Easy access off I-5 but directly behind a TA. Go across the interstate to the Premium Resort and pay the extra $$.

Older campground, maintained well. Several full timers. Restrooms and showers were clean. A long walk to the pet area from our site. Park staff very friendly and helpful. Will stay there again next year when we go back. Very pleased with our trip.

I am truly amazed that Good Sam has given this place an 8.5 rating. The pictures of the park show a beautiful park with green grass between each site. WRONG! The place is nothing but dead grass full of weeds. There are many permanent residents and their rigs are generally not kept up well.

Nice park, the ambiance is great, with lots of open area entering the park, large mature trees that do not interfere with your RV while entering/exiting your site. The streets are somewhat narrow however The park does show her age, however, it is impeccably kept clean and well maintained. Restrooms were well attended to. We stopped by, paid for 2 nights, but so much to do/see in the local area, we paid for an additional week. The hosts are most welcoming & friendly. Price is right, convenient... Read More

We stopped by, paid for 2 nights, but so much to do/see in the local area, we paid for an additional week. The hosts are most welcoming & friendly. Price is right, convenient to Marathon Coach, Camping World, all major RV Dealers, suppliers, service centers. It is quiet, clean safe, once you enter the park, you would never know I-5 is a 1/4 mile away, or the park is adjacent to the TA Travel Center because of all the huge trees, and greenery. We had our 40' Coach washed at the TA, only $60, paid extra for washing roof, brightening aluminum wheels, engine wash, plus our tow car since we were only one minute from the Kamping World, they had a 4 person team on the rig, best wash we've had in 2 years, these guys & girls (too!!!) "rock", they're detail/service oriented, total out the door was $85 Most pads (our site E-5) are concrete, but did notice they do have gravel pads at some, while walking through the park. Their tent area is one of the best I've seen, away from RV's, each site had privacy fences, fire pits and water, all spaces were nearly occupied over the weekend. Easy on/off to I-5, excellent for an overnight stop with good pull thru's or a longer stay, as ours was. Don't forget to shop the little Village of Coburg, lots of Antique Stores, my wife loved them, Coburg reminds one of a small Northeastern town Our rate was $34/nt for 50amps with Good Sam while there

Very nice park and friendly people. We like to stay here when visiting Camping World. This is the closest park and easy to find. Also, it is fairly quiet and not too expensive for full hookups.
