This park is great! It's clean and well maintained, bathrooms were clean but the laundry was a little small. It is right across the street from the ocean, and lots to do. They have a great store/gift shop/ice cream counter on the premises that is open until 9:00 pm so that's nice if you get in later and need anything. Also, there are eateries and again, all within walking distance. The park was also very quiet at night - you could hear the ocean!
This was our 3rd stay here. They go out of their way to make your stay as great as possible. It is directly across the street from the gorgeous Cape Kiwanda public beach. Bunny rabbits everywhere! Very nice and extremely accommodating staff. What more could you ask for? We stayed here in August 2016 in a 31' Class C Motorhome towing a Jeep Wrangler.
Great location in relation to Haystack Rock. Bunny Rabbits all over the place. Facilities were disappointing being that we had trouble getting hot water.
We stayed here in September 2015 for a week. Our 2nd time here. Weather was perfect, got the spot we wanted, and enjoyed every minute we were there. Good cable connection (provided), ample space for our 3 slides and our pet kennel. Loved the little bunnies hoping all over the place and parked at our campsite each morning and afternoon. Park has a nice indoor swimming pool, market with just about everything you might need or forgot, fish market, and a pizza parlor too. Just across the street... Read More

Didn't use the restrooms so can't rate them. There's another grocery store in town, farmer's market on Sundays during the summer months, and the Grateful Bread restaurant is not to be missed for their baked goods, and for Breakfast and Lunch. A short drive to Tillamook and lots of beautiful spots to stop and gaze at the beautiful Oregon coast.

Took my two youngest granddaughters and had a great time. Restaurant and market place right on site. Took the kids and my dogs across the street to the ocean. If I got back to Oregon, I definitely will stay at Cape Kiwanda RV Resort.
We stayed a couple days with our two grandkids. The location across from the beach is perfect. Nice to have the indoor pool which we used. When I made this reservation I told them the size of our trailer. We went to our camp site and tried to get our trailer in but there was no way we could. A neighboring camper said he has stayed many times and there was not a chance that we could get in the spot they gave us. When I made this reservation I told them the size of our trailer. We went to our camp site and tried to get our trailer in but there was no way we could. A neighboring camper said he has stayed many times and there was not a chance that we could get in the spot they gave us. Back to the registration desk we went and were initially told that the empty spot next to the one they gave us was going to be filled by someone else. I don't really understand that as I was told when I booked this trip that they do NOT assign spots until you arrive. Finally they found a place for us. We had trouble every day getting into the restrooms. The code box does not work properly and we were not the only ones having trouble. The restrooms were not clean and NO WAY were they a 9.5 as listed with Good Sam. I would rate them a 7 - 7.5. The showers were backed up one day and the water was all over the restroom floor. It was reported by a neighbor an hour before and was not cleaned or restroom closed for atleast 2 hours. Our grounds around our spot had left over garbage and bottle caps. They do not come around and clean the site in between campers as we have seen in many other Good Sam places. Our Grandkids loved the pool and playground.
