Corps of Engr. facility, so Golden Age/Sr. Pass gets discount. Pleasant level sites right on bank of John Day arm of Columbia River. Did not use or look for water fill and don't believe they have dump facility. Toilets were pit/vault type but not gross. Back-in sites are further from water, and view will be partially... Read More

Back-in sites are further from water, and view will be partially blocked by rigs occupying pull-through sites along bank. Check-in was slow ("computer problems" naturally), and would have liked one of water-side sites which were said to be unavailable, but two remained unoccupied during our stay. Seems to be good place for boaters and fishing. Note: I consider 3 stars as average/acceptable. Recommend? Yes.
