Stayed one night to check out a recently purchased used Class C motorhome before we venture too far from home. This park has a bit over everything for everybody - lots of park models and larger travel trailers used as seasonal or year-round residences many cabins for rent, some almost brand new park model cabins 2 yurts for rent and many park model/travel trailers available to rent for on-site stays. There is also an RV park with full hook-ups. The best I can say is that the place is kept very... Read More

The best I can say is that the place is kept very clean and neat and quiet, the RV park area is mostly separated from the park model residences but close to some of the cabins. The bath house (there are three bath houses!) for the RV park looks brand new. Very clean and appealing. There is also a large store with all kinds of stuff to buy, a game room, a huge laundry, all looking neat and well kept. These owners have invested a huge amount of money and they spend the time and effort to keep things nice. Just be prepared for a lot of sites other than RV sites.

Kind of rugged. Lots of longer term residents. We were only there for a few days. Very convenient location which is great. Very crowded at campground.
Easy on to main highway... Pool is nice - Internet came in well, pet friendly, sites were relatively level...front is wide open if you have a dish mounted ontop of your rig like we do. We will def. go back if we are in th area.
We were there for Roar on the Shore bike rally. Staff was accommodating and friendly. Sites were a bit uneven but not wheels off the ground. Returning again for 2016 rally.
Was there with a group it was a good time. Office and staff very helpful with making our week a good one. The swimming pool is heated and was still able to be opened when we were there. Everyone took a last chance to take a dip. The water was delightful and warm and the pool has a ramp for the handicap made it easy to get in and out. The Wi-Fi worked really good too. Only issue is if you weren't camping with a group the lots are awning to awning and close. So you would get to know your neighbor... Read More

We were in the pull thrus up front.

We had a pull-through campsite that was horribly uneven and we didn't like how extremely close our neighbor was. Noisy from the interstate that it is located right next to it which can't be helped but may be useful information for someone that wants a more quiet campground. Restrooms were so-so. There was a very nice pool and the people running the facility were very nice.
