For those who rely on internet service, it is restricted, and mostly useless for those who vlog. Cell service for Verizon is so bad, sending text messages was not possible. For a weekend with kids, this is a nice place. If you need to communicate via internet, look for another park.
There is no place better to stay! We take a one week vacation every year, and we stay here every year, with our cats...because they love to vacation too...it's a tough life :) The grounds are always impeccably clean! The staff always courteous! 3 Rose Point Park!
Well kept secret place. Awesome host/staff. Lots of permanent/seasonal folks, however, very clean and uncluttered. Nice pool, restrooms and laundry could use some updating, but very clean. Some sites may be close, but ours was not. Nice shady pull thru. Will definitely stay again.
We stumbled upon Rose Hill after being turned away from another campground for our dogs, and we were so glad we ended up here! The campground is easy to find--less than five minutes from Interstate 79 and only one turn off the main road. The staff at Rose Point were welcoming and accommodating from the get-go, giving us a great map and activity brochure--they have fun-looking events scheduled every weekend all summer! The office and camp store were clean and inviting and the campsites were spacious... Read More

The campground is easy to find--less than five minutes from Interstate 79 and only one turn off the main road. The staff at Rose Point were welcoming and accommodating from the get-go, giving us a great map and activity brochure--they have fun-looking events scheduled every weekend all summer! The office and camp store were clean and inviting and the campsites were spacious and spread out. We had campers on either side of us but felt like we were all by ourselves! The bathhouse was large and clean and the showers were very user-friendly. I'd say a little over half of the campsites are permanent trailers and another chunk of the campers are in the cabins and yurts, but there were quite a few campers out for being during the week and out-of-season. The out-of-season rate was a discount of 20%, which was really nice. The pool doesn't open until the next weekend, but looked very welcoming! There was a small dog off-leash area where our dogs could chase the tennis ball and play on the little obstacle course. They had a small three-basket disc golf course on the grounds, which is awesome because I am an amateur disc golfer. Our dogs loved playing in Slippery Rock Creek, located right on the campground and we were less than two miles from the beautiful McConnell's Mill State Park and less than ten minutes from Moraine State Park and Lake Arthur. Checkout is at noon. On the way back to the highway you pass a truck-accessible Pilot Travel Center (where you can swipe your Good Sam discount card for 5-cents a gallon off!) before getting back on the road. We had a fantastic and too-short experience and will be sure to come back to Rose Hill very soon!

We stopped here for one night on our way home based upon the Good Sam Trip Planner view of the park. Well I didn't see much of what is on the website and this place is just marginal for an overnight stay. The first site they put us on was all muddy and about six feet from the neighbor. So we asked if we could move and they gave us a list of sites we could choose. We picked one with a deck because all the rest of them were muddy. This one was still ten ft from the neighbor. I would not recommend... Read More

Nice camp site near Grove City PA. Good for a stop over. Level gravel site. Restrooms need work, could use an update. Must have just opened for the season. Lots of seasonal campers. Need a reservation if your going to Grove City.
