Amazing resort, too many amidites to even list. Very clean grounds, and so many things to do right on location! 10/10 Only thing I would say is staff is a little green.
A wonderful campsite with lots of room. Spent three days there. Came back to motorhome every night to the sound of a gas pressure washer and overspray. They provide a detailing service that takes place where the RV is parked. Don't seem to care about any ones privacy as long as they make money. Got a call halfway home (western Montana) and they wanted to know if we were going to pay for another night. They didn't know we left or the guy with the monster RV and trailer moved his crap over in the... Read More

This one's got some real setbacks if you want to do anything outside your RV while camped.

This is one of the nicest campground we have ever visited. Stayed 4 nights on our way to Yellowstone then stayed and additional 2 nights on our way back. Large level sites, exceptionally large and clean bathrooms/showers and very clean grounds. People are also very friendly. Site has great access to Black Hills, Spearfish Canyon and Mt. Rushmore. Also close to the towns of Spearfish and Sturgis for shopping and entertainment.
Great park and friendly staff. Big concrete and level sites.
Large luxury resort in a beautiful location. We stayed 2 nights and wished we could stay longer. Friendly staff, nice restrooms and laundry facilities. Large pull through level concrete sites. We will be back.
This is an absolutely lovely resort! All sites are concrete and the park is very big with paved roads. The office staff and all camp workers are so pleasant and helpful! This was our second trip to Elkhorn Ridge and we would definitely recommend it to everyone visiting the Black Hills area. It is pricey but it it well worth it! There is a small cafe for breakfast and dinner and the gift shop carries so very nice things. My only complaint is that children are constantly jumping in and out of the in-ground hot tubs. The off leash dog park is huge! It looks like the fencing could us some repairs and the benches really need to be inside the park not outside. Other than those minor things this is an excellent, well planned resort.

I am very picky about where I stay, and it takes a lot to impress me. This rv resort impresses me, and I would travel simply to come here. The staff is super friendly, sites and roads are concrete and level, landscaping and decor are impeccable! I hesitate to write the review because I don't want it too full when we come back! Love this place!
Top notch place! You won't be disappointed.
Wonderful resort! We liked it so much, we extended our stay a couple of extra days. This stands out as one of the nicest resorts during our trip. Sites are level, amenities are great, and Wifi works.
This RV park is very nice! All the roads are paved and the sites are level and concrete! There is a pool and two hot tubs. The pool water is cold so the kids are in and out of the hot tubs. They do have an adult swim time from 11:30- 1:00 but it is not enforced. There is enough room here to put in an adult-only pool and hot tub. The dog park is very nice and large with separate runs for big and small dogs. There is also a walking trail. There is a very nice gift shop and a cafe serving breakfast... Read More

There is a very nice gift shop and a cafe serving breakfast and lunch. Check-in was a breeze and the office staff are extremely helpful and pleasant.
If you need internet, forget it! It's horrendous!! A Resort this nice should invest in better internet.
The town of Deadwood is close and it's worth the visit!

We stayed here twice; we loved it so much on our way outbound that we spent four days here on our way home. The park is open, extremely clean and well-maintained. Sites are wide, pads are level. Mostly pull-thru sites, as well as long back-ins. Everything is full hookup. The pool area is clean, the pool is clean, and heated when needed. Plenty of room for kids to ride bikes, a great playground area. Within an easy driving distance of Spearfish, Sturgis, Deadwood, Mt. Rushmore, and Crazy Horse... Read More

This is a great place to stay for a family reunion, a few days of rest, or for getting off the road for a night.

This is truly a RV Resort with everything that one might need while on the road. All the sites have level concrete pads. It has a great store and pool and the people are friendly and helpful. This is a large RV Resort with many sites, but it is close to Sturgis so if you come during one of their rally times I am sure it would be filled up. It would also be expensive. We came after 9/15 so our full hookup cost was only $40, normal summer rates would be in the $60 range. The restroom/shower facilities... Read More

The restroom/shower facilities were fantastic with each shower having its own private toilet and vanity. This was the nicest RV Park we stayed at during our trip to and from the Midwest from Washington State. They were even hosting a wedding out on one of the grassy areas near one group of cabins.

Fantasic facility, very nicely landscaped and equipment freindly. Pads and roads are all paved and easily accessible for any type of RV. The restrooms/showers were large and very, very clean. The staff were very attentive to the needs of their customers and pets. Will be staying here whenever we are traveling in this area.
This place is even better than the pictures show. Beautiful location with hills all around. Large, level lots. Very convenient to Spearfish, yet in the country. The restrooms were immaculate, with large shower, toilet, sink, and large bench all behind a solid locking door. The area was larger than my restrooms at home. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The convenience store and cafe are fantastic. Just an awesome place to stay. We definitely plan to come back next year and stay longer. Read More
