We stayed here for two nights in our camper. We had a wonderful spot right on the creek, and our kids loved playing in the water. I would say our site was one of the nicer ones. I noticed when we arrived that the sites at the very front of the campground were very close together, and it didn't seem that rules were enforced to ensure that the sites were kept looking neat or tidy. (Some looked as though the occupants had taken up permanent residence there). The sites on the back side closer to the... Read More

The pool area and water slide were old and needed some maintenance. They didn't seem very clean either. The waterslide was fun, and even though an employee was sitting at the top, it didn't appear that anyone was really ensuring that riders were taking turns or acting safely. I was honestly surprised no one had gotten injured. I gave the campground an overall score of 3 because my kids had a really great time. I just wish the owners would invest some money in maintenance and upgrades to the sites and the pool. It seems that it was a great campground years ago.

Staff used foul language around children while trying to clean up backed up sewer (when we first hooked up); after several hours we were given permission to move to another spot further away from others we were camping with; also smaller site, no place for all our gear. The staff were very disagreeable because we complained. At the campsite office, young people were at times more interested in talking to their phone buddies than answering questions or providing service. What could have been a great... Read More

What could have been a great outing was marred by the campsite staff attitude and poor maintenance of facilities (sewer system). Fishing pond was mostly full of algae; not pretty. We will not be back. To be fair, they did give us a partial refund.
