My AT&T phone had one bar and the hotspot wifi was ok. This campground has definitely seen better days. Roads are torn up and in dire need of repair. Tennis courts and mini golf are in deplorable condition. Pool looked ok but we didn't try it. Lodge was closed due to Covid-19. Free wifi was available on the lodge deck but it was slow. Staff does not clean the restrooms on a regular basis. The garbage in the men's restroom was not emptied once during our one week stay. One of the washing machines was ok but the three dryers were rusted and barely worked. 50 cents per load seems like a good deal, but we had to do this three times to get our clothes even close to being dry. Overall this is one of the worst Thousand Trails campgrounds that we have ever stayed in.

We arrived at night so stayed in the late registration area which I thought was a great idea. Staff was friendly. My 1 star ratings are because there is no option for 0 stars! Did not venture into the restrooms based on the level of deterioration of the rest of the park. In the morning we drove around to look for a "good" site and immediately saw why they wouldn't want you to drive around at night to look for a spot. The lake was scary-looking water with unidentifiable globs floating on/in it, no signs of life anywhere, greenish brown water, the excuse for a boat landing was chained off. many of the "lakeside" sites were unusable due to heavy erosion (not from prior evening's light rain either). dead-ended roads that you would have wrecked your rig trying to back out of or wound up in the water. We saw only a half dozen rigs there and, significantly, they were all parked as far away from the water as you could park. We have been Thousand Trails members since 2006 and have stayed at several different sites over the years. This is the WORST ever and TT should be ashamed that they let this campground deteriorate like this. We couldn't leave fast enough so we did not stay another night. I mentioned our experience to some people who used to live in the area and they said definitely not to go near the water or not even drink the tap water since there are factories in the area and there is "runoff". We will never go back, it was like driving through a haunted ghost town without the town.
