Close to all attractions, friendly staff overall a great place to stay, I will definitely stay at again. Cons- sites are small but ok,sites are not level make sure you have levelers!! (I used 3 bags of lynxx on my site)

This campground has very closely spaced sites that are hilly. Lots of muddy areas when it is rainy. They also did not honor the Good Sam discount. Instead of crediting that discount to our card or giving it at reservation time, they will hold it as a credit for your next stay. That only works if there is a next stay. Lots of other nice and cheaper campgrounds in the area. Went there to meet friends but won't go back.

We moved across country and needed a place to live in our RV while we looked for a home in the Knoxville, Tennessee area. We found Bear Cove and they were kind enough to give us a site for an extended amount of time while we figured out what we were going to do. We did find a house and needed at least two more weeks in the campground before we could close on the house. They were expecting a party into our site, but were able to work it out so that we could stay the additional two weeks and we didn't... Read More

The bathrooms were great and the facilities were spotless! They were very pleasant people and the campground reflected a lot of care by the employees. Would stay there again.

The campground has Premium, Standard and Economy sites. I stayed in the Standard site. Spaces are a bit on the small side but the campground was kept up very nicely. The standard sites have concrete pads that are very large which created a nice level sitting area on the side of the RV and they also have a picnic table. The camp store has only a few basic items for camping but the staff is very friendly. Pools are small but nice. We were able to see most of Dollywood's Fireworks from in front... Read More

Our family's experience at this campgound was extremely positive and we would go back to this campgound again...

Nice location. Not very good for young kids to ride bikes (very few level places for beginners). Very friendly staff. Pools are nice, nothing fancy but well kept. Sights were a little tight but welcome to pigeon forge, they all are. One major downfall we had was the tree trimmers for the nearby powerline firing up there chainsaws at 8:00 every morning. We were on vacation and would like to have slept in a little. Not the campground's fault, just didn't help my plan to get extra rest on my couple... Read More

This is a small campground in a great location. The grounds are kept clean and the staff is very friendly and helpful. We stayed here a few days before going to the Dells and Indiana. We liked this place so well we came back on our return home to Florida. Very pet friendly, quiet, and the people camping here are friendly as well. A great benefit is that you can watch Dollywood's fireworks from your site. The trolley is about a 10 minute walk. However my girlfriend is handicaped so the owners... Read More

A great benefit is that you can watch Dollywood's fireworks from your site. The trolley is about a 10 minute walk. However my girlfriend is handicaped so the owners gave us a ride to and from the trolley. Better guest service than you could hope for. The bathrooms are clean and all that you need. The pools are small but big enough to enjoy. I would highly suggest you try this location.

Very Nice Place. Close to Dollywood and all other attractions. Not far from town but, after in the campground, you seem to be off the beating path. Clean facilities. Love this place and will return.

If you are looking for a campground close to Dollywood and Pigeon Forge, this is a great place to stay. My husband and I stayed here for one week and found the location made up for the rather lacking campground. The campground is really one big circle. Sites are quite small and have no privacy. It lacks trees, which surprised me since I looked at the campground's website and saw what appeared to be sites with trees. It lacks trees, which surprised me since I looked at the campground's website and saw what appeared to be sites with trees. Though there are two pools, they are very small and it appears that little thought went into planning their location. The campground simply lacks atmosphere which is sad since they are so close to the Smokey Mountains. We were very disappointed. The campground is clean; bathrooms are ok (not great); location is convenient. Not a bad place to stay if you don't plan to hang around the campground. Also, they are not on the trolley stop. Though they claim it is a short walk to the nearest stop, it's not really that short of a walk and you must walk on a busy highway and cross an intersection.
