$60.30 per night discounted rate for Class A or Super C 3 year old, small 28 site private campground away from the busy Parkway, yet convenient to get to anywhere you want to go. Especially convenient if you are visiting Dollywood, since it's just down the street. Nice asphalt site and patio area. Picnic tables and big charcoal grill at each site. Water/Sewer/10 Channel Cable/30&50 amp electric, fire ring and WiFi at each site. Free water and air pump. Propane, ice, firewood and charcoal available.... Read More

The WiFi repeater was at our site, #3, and the park was not crowded. Our WiFi signal was very good. Very nice owners who built this campground from scratch live on site. The river sites have some trees along the shoreline for some shade, the 6 pull through sites are open. Nice spacing between sites, not spacious, but not right on top of each other either. A small laundry and bath house are available. The bath house is not conveniently located to any of the sites, and seems to be more for the when they have entertainment or events at the pavilion than for the campers. They have one buddy site, and a kayak and tubing launch on the little pigeon river. The campground is gated and there is a Weigles Gas station in front of it on the highway. Across the street is a Walgreens with a small grocery market that even had fresh meat (Kroger Express). There is a splash pad for summer use, and a community fire pit next to it. Owners said they have cookouts and entertainment on Saturdays in the summer. We don't understand why they charge more for As and Super Cs, but we would definitely stay here again.

One of the best parks we have stayed in ever and they are only two years old. All roads and sites are paved. The owners are very helpful. The park is creatively decorated with antique equipment throughout. Excellent riverside sites are good for fishing or kayaking. One of the most UNUSUAL features is that after you pay your site fee everything is on the honor system -- this includes ice, firewood, charcoal, and even ice cream. Each site has a very durable charcoal grill, a table with umbrella... Read More

Each site has a very durable charcoal grill, a table with umbrella and level, level, level. Stay here and avoid the congestion of Sevierville and Pigeon Forge yet still have easy access to Gatlinburg. The property is on the east edge of town so from IS40 you come in from Newport and, again, avoid all the traffic. Many restaurants and grocery stores with 2-3 miles. This park is on our must return list.

There is not another RV park in the USA that offers more than Duvall in the Smokies!! We have stayed at several RV campgrounds but this is by far the best one ever. The park sits right beside the Little Pigeon River. You can kayak or float on an intertube right outside of your parked RV. There is a custom made picnic table at every RV slip as well as a grill (that has been perfectly cleaned for your convenience) to cook on. The park is kept immaculately clean and they make rounds to pick up any garbage placed at the edge of your slip 3 times a day. The owners are the sweetest, kindest, most accommodating people and go above and beyond to make absolutely certain your camping experience not only meets, but exceeds your expectations. We personally will never stay any where else in the Smokies as long as they are here!

We have only been camping for two years but this is the nicest campground we have ever stayed at. The owners/hosts are so friendly and helpful. The camp is small, about 30 good-sized sites, but it is very nicely laid out with attractive landscaping. We had a very level site by the river. In fact the owner led us to the site and helped get the trailer positioned for hookups (Full hookup). Each site has a campfire ring and a picnic table and some have hammocks. The owners were visible throughout the day so available to help and even showed us a back road to Dollywood so we didn't have to fight the usual traffic from Sevierville to Pigeon Forge. (Many places are not so helpful.) We will definitely return.

This RV park is a diamond in the ruff! They are small, 29 sites, but make up for that with their customer service and friendliness. The sites are long and grassy space between each one. They text you the day of your arrival to let you know how to find them and so thankful they do. Without this text, I'm positive we would not have found them without turning around at some point, which with a beast hooked up to our truck would've been no easy task. This park is on the Little Pigeon river and is so relaxing with Kayaking and tubing available. Each site has a fire ring, 50/30 amp & great water pressure. It's gated and they change code often just so the entry stays secure, excellent WI-FI. Close to all types of shopping and activities. I didn't rate the bathroom facility only because I haven't been in there yet. This is a very nice campground! We will be back, guaranteed!

After seven years of RVing, this is the nicest park we've ever stayed at. Everything was spotless and in working order. The roads and sites are all asphalt. The owners are on site and very helpful if needed. This is not a big park (about 30 sites) but all the sites are nice and have plenty of room. This park is close enough to everything in the area but off the beaten path just enough to be nice and quiet away from the touristy hustle and bustle. Suffice it to say that this is a top notch park and... Read More

Just returned from a four day stay with our new friends at Duvall's. This is our new favorite campground in the Pigeon Forge area. The owners are incredibly nice and accommodating. The park is clean and very well maintained. It is a small, quaint campground off of the beaten path - forget the hustle and bustle. The sites are very nice and are all asphalt and most appeared to be very level. It is gated and fenced with no drive thru traffic. Laundry facility is nice and clean. Pets are welcome... Read More

We LOVE this campground! It is very well maintained and the sites are large. The owners are absolutely wonderful and go over and above to make your stay memorable. It is quiet at night and off the beaten path just enough to avoid all the hustle and bustle. This is our absolute go to when staying in Sevierville/Pigeon Forge.
