Very, very quiet RV park. I stayed here for about 3 months and barely saw people the entire time. The fitness center is very well stocked for anywhere I have traveled to and it was nice to typically have it to myself. There isn't any water in the fitness center so you have to leave to go to the office to get some or the bathrooms. Traffic in the area is a mess so plan on sitting on the 2 lanes roads for a minute. Internet connection is always struggling. The showers are beautiful but while the looks... Read More

When I arrived, the cleaning was a bit questionable but about a third of the way through, they became exponentially better.

The park is large and mainly maintained. Mainly people living here, with some spacious sites but many are subpar with some old broken down rigs scattered thru the park. Some residence spaces look unkept with no apparent standards. There is NO security protocols at all and saw a few people riding around and parking in the park with the equipment to steal/hack peoples wifi. Harsh ratings, I know. But, remember that political phrase a few years ago, "Putting Lipstick on a Pig?" Nice looking park but the fact is it's mostly full/long term time residents whose sites are full of stuff. NO picnic tables because there's NO room between the supremely small sites. No cable (reason unknown even full timers need cable unless they're a Class A/C with Sat Link), wifi is excessively costly depending on how many platforms and how many days of service. Was not a pleasant stay for two nights. Oh, and I almost forgot, the "full hook ups" are at the very back of your site. Might be fine for a Class A only campground, but our 5er (and many others travel trailer, 5ers and Class C's) had to string 3-4 sewer hoses, 30 feet of water hoses, and possibly an extension of the electrical umbilical for the basic "full hook ups" we were paying for. Will definitely NOT stay here again. And the traffic...OMG. An RV trying to checkout and depart during rush hour...forget about it! Nice dog park, though. If you have a dog.

I stayed here for several months during a job transition. Everything about this place makes for a great stay from a week to a few years. The staff is wonderful and they worked with me and we're very flexible with some of the requests I had during my job transition. This is the place to go

Stayed for 3 months while on a contract. No cable, very limited WIFI. Local HD reception limited to 3 stations. Nice fenced dog exercise area, but lots of dog "bombs" throughout the park. All connections at rear of site, so make sure you have water and electric extensions for connections from midship to front of unit. Propane fills on site. Traffic on main road to park can be an issue, but remember it's the Dallas suburbs! Many restaurants near to park. Cost of sites rather excessive for... Read More

Very Friendly and accommodating with very reasonable prices for daily, weekly and monthly stays. RV storage and repairs available there or very nearby. We'd stay there again and look forward to it. Area is close to Historic Frisco, one of the fastest and leading communities in the USA. Also close enough to Denton and North Texas University that also run through Hiwy 380..

We called after hours and received a call the next morning to book a site for that night. They also allowed us to stay the following day to look around even though other people had reserved our spot. Quiet campground with friendly people.

When we arrived we were told they had just completed some upgrades, wish it had included cemet pads because we punched a hole in the ground and had to dig our blocks out of the ground and two of them split. The grounnds were well maintained and clean and I did enjoy walking my dog but the dog park is in a low area and was flooded while I was there. It is a little expensive for what I used and I plan on staying elswhere, on a cement pad, from now on. Overall it is a good park and quiet with long... Read More

Average size park. Lots of people living in park, so few spots for short term stays. Reservations recommended. They are planning expansion over the winter. Clean park. WiFi was being upgraded while we were there, so we had no WiFi. Plan to stay there again in the future.

Wasn't to thrilled with this park. Site wasn't very level, no shade, and the internet was adequate at best. The rules as explained made me uncomfortable fearing if I turned wrong I would be asked to leave. The pool was a little cool for June but very clean. I guess this is a facility on the mend from previous owners but I'm still apprehensive. I'll probably try again next time I'm in the area.

This park has improved so much since the new operators took over. It is spotlessly clean. The location is outstanding and puts you close to all places in the Metroplex. The one negative was that our site was not level necessitating our jacks to be very high in the front. When I mentioned this upon checkout I was told that they would look into it immediately. Also, the sewer connection at this site was not flush with the ground making a tank dump somewhat complicated. I should have asked to change... Read More

I should have asked to change sites as soon as we checked in so some of this is my fault. Would be stay here again? YES!! We are booked for another stay very soon. The management is great and their park is outstanding.
