This was my family's first RV trip in our brand new RV. We didn't know what to expect and several of the regular RVers and of course the hostess, gave us a hand. The park had everything we needed and everyone was happy and had a great time. We are planning our next trip and will return to this spot.
We have been coming back to this park for 10 years now. It is our Heaven and our Home Away fro Home. It is a smaller park and nicely laid out, not like barricks. The new owners( and previous ones) have been working hard to make it a brighter cleaner place to come! The people in this park have been all a fabulous group of people and become me family! We try to included everyone and make everyone feel welcomed! There are a lot of hard working retirees that make our park a fun place to be ! I refuse... Read More

I refuse to get into any Drama here, we have enough at home! This is our peaceful place, our happy place. Thank you Y'ALL that help make it just that! Remember, we cannot control the weather! Happy!

Not a campground!! It's a trailer park making extra money off RVers by Squeezing RVs in between permanent trailers on soft uneven ground. HORRIBLE. No privacy. Unsafe electric hookup. Not visitor friendly. NEVER AGAIN.
I need to update my previous review. The showers are NOT pay showers. The pay boxes are still there, but the showers do not need quarters to operate.
Good Sam missed an important fact, the restrooms have PAY showers! The facilities, library & meeting room are OK, the laundry room OK, roads are OK. Originally, we were assigned a site that had the water, sewer and electricity on the "wrong" side. The utilities would have been on the passenger side of our 5th wheel trailer. Staff worked for a couple of hours to find a site for us that would work. They were able to find a site.
Staff is very helpfull and do the best they can, but owners are trying to sell, are absent from park, to make more money they decide to accept workers from a pipeline being built in area, This disrupted all the life of the park. Noisy trucks at 5 6 am, the roads all broken and allways muddy, Will not come back!!!
Great manager and residents. Good Sam needs to look at rating of this place.
