Absolutely fantastic! Great location, clean facilities, beautiful park. Pet friendly. We will be back!
Will not be back. Good Sam’s rating are wrong again. Needs maintenance, Our circuit breaker was not screwed down, safety issue, we had to be careful every time we reset it. Roads are tight and have pot holes, trees need trimming, sites and roads need gravel. Fire ants everywhere so watch out for the children and dogs. Wifi is ok at best. Bathrooms are dated and need remodeling but function. Pools on the small side, but ok.
This is a really nice park. We have a pull-through travel trailer, and found it easy to maneuver . Quiet, well maintained, and clean. My only quibble is the WiFi is all but unusable. Otherwise it's magical.
A lot of full timers in here with many children. All are anti maskers so if that's important, I would stay away. Otherwise it was a pleasant enough place to stay one night as we traveled through
We stayed here for one night in early November, on our way from further west heading toward Little Rock, AR. Park was clean and easy to maneuver. The main entrance is huge. The sites seem a little close to the neighboring sites. Only the fact that they were all on an angle gave us some sense of separation. Despite a rule "No dog pens allowed", the site next to us had a pen with 2-3 yapping little dogs for a while. As we were going to Dallas to meet family for dinner, it was not a problem and... As we were going to Dallas to meet family for dinner, it was not a problem and they were gone later. Wifi was on the weak side. AT&T was good enough to live stream something. Park is far enough off I-30 that there is no noise issue.

We stayed here as we had business in the area. The campground has a real nice pond that has catch and release. The sites are pretty close together, and the length was a tad tight for a 37ft fifth and F250 crew cab/ short bed. For our rig, the sewer drain was almost right at the connection, didn't even have to extend the hose. Didn't use cable tv, but had good satellite location. Quite a few long term construction folks, and some noise from Interstate 30. The roads are all dirt, and the spots are... Read More

Quite a few long term construction folks, and some noise from Interstate 30. The roads are all dirt, and the spots are spotty if they have concrete picnic pads, our's did not. We experienced a good "frog strangling" rain, and there was some flooding of the dirt roads. Having on site propane is a huge bonus, filled a 30pound tank for 25.00. If we are back in the area, we'll stay here again.

former KOA that is well maintained. office closed for 2 hours in the afternoon. sites okay, but sewer, electric and water are really spread out. make sure you can reach all when setting up. did not use pool or laundry so cannot comment
Park is well kept with Propane refills, large lots, washateria, game room, and convenience store. Rates are reasonable. However, park does not offer cable connections for TV service and the Wi-Fi- is very weak. Thus requiring persons seeking internet to visit the washateria or game room to get close enough to connect.
mgr went out of his way to check with us after starting to set up since I told him we were newbees while checking in. he took the scary out of all the new stuff I was implementing.
