The facility customer service needs some assistance. When I went to check in, the employee was on the phone. No issue. I can wait my turn. It was a long call but no issue. Then she starts to check me in and asks if we had been here before. I tell her no. The phone rings again and she answers it. She points to stuff in a map and can't take the time to get off the phone or interrupt the conversation to provide me information about the resort. I wrote a note (still in the phone) that she didn't give... Read More

She points to stuff in a map and can't take the time to get off the phone or interrupt the conversation to provide me information about the resort. I wrote a note (still in the phone) that she didn't give me the good Sam discount. She said I didn't tell them about it when I made the reservation. When I submitted the request, I did. It was attached to her paperwork And I pointed to it. She mouths had to be done at request. She still can't get off the phone.
Looks like a nice place, not too far from home.... but....customer service is lacking.

Nice, clean campground. Quiet and peaceful park on a lake with lots of trees for shade and atmosphere. This is an older campground but well maintained. The bathrooms and showers are clean, though the showers are on the small side. If you have kids there is plenty for them to do, a playground, pool, swimming area in the lake, and a putt putt course. The owners are very nice and helpful. We would definitely stay here again.

Nice park... Had a couple issues getting the reservations squared away but it all worked out... on a stunning photogenic lake.. Staff was very helpful and attentive...
