The Rv lots with a water view are very nice. For several reasons we were not willing to pay extra for a site with a water view. Our site is ok, a small patch of grass, site is fairly level & paved, not exceptionally wide, but is a pull thru. There is NO picnic table. The roads are paved. I would not rate the restrooms above average. The restrooms are OK, not wonderful. They are clean, the walls are some sort of wood, the wood panels are clean, but not exceptionally attractive. I would not rate the restrooms above average. The restrooms are OK, not wonderful. They are clean, the walls are some sort of wood, the wood panels are clean, but not exceptionally attractive. There is a hand soap dispenser with soap in the restroom & a electric hand dryer, the old style that takes forever to dry your hands. The toilets and showers are somewhat handicapped accessible. The floor is mostly flat, not much of a lip at the doorway. If you use a cane you could probably use these restrooms. If you are not heavily dependent on your walker you would probably be OK also, if you can stand on your own and move the walker around. If you use a wheelchair I do not think the bathrooms are accessible.
Cable TV is OK, has a good selection of channels, but the TV is not digital so the picture quality is somewhat old fashioned, not as sharp and clear as we have become accustomed to seeing. WiFi does not seem to be available in our area. We are in a spot that is a monthly spot, not an overnight lot. Do not know if there is wifi in the overnight spots.

Should be for adults only cause can't ride anything without getting in trouble for not even a skate board. Some of the ladies in office very nice. When the cut grass it's still too tall blows all of it under RV and ants really bad. Dryers don't work good at all. Too many rules
Sites full of fire ants, cable fuzy, adult pool cloudy, dirty shower houses, shower curtins dirty and they smell, grounds unkept, tall weed and dead hedges every where. inconsistency in the rules posted and rules they make up as they go along. Prositutes and known pedophiles living on site. The ladies that work in the office however are wonderful and lovely to work with.
This park is in a great location, with level paved sites, HOWEVER: -WiFi is non-existent with the exception of the immediate Office/Clubhouse area. -Sites are narrow and many are close together. -Permanent/semi-permanent residents, of which there are many, have allowed their sites to become unsightly, in spite of brochure direction to keep them clean and orderly. -Site #200, while enjoying a great view, was barely long enough for our 45' class A, and the paving was wide enough for only our coach... -Adjacent sites drained onto Site #200, aggravating the problem above.
-Some turns are very narrow for big rigs, and they are enforced by stout wooden poles.

We stayed here one night. The park is very easy to get to from I-10. There's not a lot to do in the immediate area around the park, except enjoy the water views. The 10/10/10 rating seems a bit generous. The park is showing some signs of age and is full of mostly long term RV's with lots of "junk" around their RV's. The pools were closed during our stay. We probably would not stay here again. Not worth the high rate for what you get.
Great place to stay! All concrete roads and pads, pull thru's are easy. Excetional bathhouse, clean and well maintained. The only shortfall was no benches in the shower area. Staff is great.
This was a lovely campground. We were lucky enough to be right on the water. I felt the security measures were good. For as large as it was it was it was very quiet at night. Grounds were well kept. There were nice walking areas all around for pets with pick-up bags provided. Staff in office/store were great. We didn't use their wi-fi so I can't say how it worked. Would definitely stay there again.
It looked good on the internet search HOWEVER, I had to move into one of their temporary spots until a full time spot became available. Their internet service only worked for 2 of 6 days. When I moved into a long term spot, I was charge $10 to move. I was then informed the electricity would be extra. This was not communicated to me prior and both charges were a surprise. I spoke to my neighbors and found out that they had 2 pocket bikes stolen and a pickup hitch. I've been here 2 weeks and have... Read More

I spoke to my neighbors and found out that they had 2 pocket bikes stolen and a pickup hitch. I've been here 2 weeks and have had no internet service. When I inquired the first week, I was told they would check into it. After 7 days of no internet service, I wi-fi mapped the entire park and no internet service with the exception of the temporary spots. There are transmitters but no link to the internet. I again inquired at the office and they told me that I could get internet for $39 per month from the local cable service. There is an adult-only pool, however employees and owners kids can go there. It is therefore not a true adults-only pool.
Their advertising about amenities included in the space rent is misleading and is false advertising. I WOULD NOT STAY HERE AGAIN AND DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PARK!

This is a really nice place, please was really clean and nice. River front sites had great views of the river. I had a hot tub site that was really nice and very clean. only cons I saw was this is quite a large park and if you stay towards the front near the river, the laundry room and dumpsters are quite a hike. This was the first park I stayed at that, that labels it's self as a resort and does offer site side trash removal. I would stay here again.
1 night stop over. Getting to the park down the town street was a little challenging. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. They did give us #1 spot near front gate but we did not experience any noise as others have. The gravel site had a patch of grass and was easy in and out of. I would have rated a 10 but think it is a little over priced and their non-refundable deposit rules for just 1 night can pose a problem if you run into RV problems on the road
