I stayed here long term in 2018-2019. The owners are very friendly and will do their best to assist with any needs. It's very close proximity to the major highways and George Bush airport. I liked the grass areas and trees and shade which helps in the hot Texas summers. They also have a small dog area which as a pet owner I appreciated.
This is a REALLY OLD former KOA. Which in and of itself, would be okay, but it looks like it has been abandoned for years and suddenly someone unlocked the non existent gate. It has not been maintained in years, literally decades. Full of really old full time permanent residents. There are no facilities. Grass up to your shins. No maintenance in a very very long time. Right under the airport glide path. Do NOT stay here if you can avoid it. We were so tired and ready to quit for the... Read More

This should NOT be listed on GoodSam.

I don't know how this park got its ratings but the entire park has been sorely neglected for years. This was our 3rd or 4th stay here in the past few years and have only continued to stay here because of its location near downtown Houston. Each time we've stayed here the condition of the park has gotten worse. We used to at least feel secure since there was a security code for the entrance to the park. This time the gate was locked open for our entire stay. I doubt we will return again due to... Read More

I doubt we will return again due to the negligence of the owner to keep the park up. We've reported reverse polarity at a power pole and severe problems with power and they don't get fixed after over a year. If not for my surge protector, I would never plug into their power poles.
