Campground is set in the beautiful Texas Hill Country which is one of the major plus factors of this park, but it is not the most memorable of our stay. The manager and staff at this park has to to be the most friendly, helpful and professional staff I have ever dealt with. The park was clean and the site I was on was large enough that I did not have to use the additional parking provided for tow vehicles. Some sites were not as large but all looked to be large enough for any unit. I camped with two grandchildren who really enjoyed the pool and playground. They also enjoyed the recreation center with ping pong, pool and other games being available. My wife also enjoyed the the take leave one library which surprisingly had many new releases in it. I did not use the bath house or laundry so no comment on those facilities. The park location is secluded which means if you are looking for major attractions you will have to drive to get to them but it is not far to places like Fredricksberg Luckenbach or even San Antonio. We camped here over the 4th of July weekend and the park was full but did not seem crowded. This is one of the few parks I visit that made my return list. We are already planning a return visit next summer. One bit of advice, don't leave trash or food out at night as the wildlife in the area also call this park home. My grandson loved watching the deer from his bed room window at night and would fall asleep watching them graze next to the camper Camped in a 5th wheel Jun/July 2016
