The confirmation, terms and a large sign at the office state check in starts at 3PM, and they enforce that, so plan accordingly. Camp hosts come and go, I didn't have any problems. They were helpful with information about attending Wurstfest in nearby New Braunfels. Bathhouse didn't seem to be cleaned at the same time every day, and... Read More

Was instructed to turn around and wait outside the park for 9 minutes. The attitudes of the two camp hosts during my three day stay was totally uncalled for and diminished what normally would... The attitudes of the two camp hosts during my three day stay was totally uncalled for and diminished what normally would have been a great camping experience. I simply inquired about a mutually agreeable site change with another camper. Shame on these hosts. Thank goodness all camp hosts are not like these two. Happy trails.
