The people here are very rude and unprofessional. The first thing that was said to me when I approached the counter wasn't hello or anything it was "we don't allow popup campers but because you're already here and your camper looks nice you can stay." They told me it was posted on their website that they don't allow popups there but when I made my reservations there is a drop down menu for you to choose what type of camper you will be staying in and obviously I chose a popup because that is the... They told me it was posted on their website that they don't allow popups there but when I made my reservations there is a drop down menu for you to choose what type of camper you will be staying in and obviously I chose a popup because that is the only type of camper that we own. On my reservations it specifically says a popup camper but they wanted to make me feel like they were doing me a favor by letting me and my family stay there. The dumpsters were overflowing so bad the trash was piled up on the ground and around the cabana area where we were trying to hang out the trashcan was full all weekend. We asked several times if it could be emptied and that was never done so of course we were swarmed by flies the whole time. The place was trashy and I'm not sure what they meant by their comments to me about our popup because by the looks of some of the campers out there ours was in much better shape. I called a couple of weeks prior to our visit to see if we could get a spot closer to the showers and was told they don't reserve spots but when we got there we were told all the spots close to the showers were reserved! This place is a joke!! Out of all the resorts we've taken our family to we have never been treated so bad! My kids vacation was almost ruined by these rude inconsiderate people who have no business running a resort!

Although this is all concrete sites, they were well spaced so that you don't feel on top of another guest. Appeal rating was lower only due to no trees. I did not use the restroom facilities. I really like the park for a place to stay to see people in the area. I was not looking for entertainment or park amenities. It had all the requisite utilities for a big rig and was quiet and peaceful place to stay. It was easy to get in and out, and close to 59 and near the starting of I-69 going south.... Read More

Close to Houston International Airport on the north side of town but not close enough to hear loud sounds. I enjoyed my stay there.

Looking at rules and requirements It talked about items such as buckets, storage boxes, brooms may not be kept outside of RV - not the case here, many sites had items all around their sites. Airtight sewer connection is required at all times, but when we arrived there was no cap on the sewer opening and when we reported it we were told it would be replaced - seeing our short stay did not need the sewer. The next day there still was no cap. Parking on grass, roadway or another site is prohibited,... Read More

Also swimming pool, fitness center, shower house and parking area have not been started. Lots are level, power, water and cable are good. Not sure if the amenities that are missing and the policies that are not held to.
