There were two laundry rooms.(air conditioned) and three buildings with showers to choose from. None were new but well maintained with lots of hot water.
Front street is busy at times but there was a HEB almost across the street, Feldman's Liquor, CVS Pharmacy and several restaurants within a block and lots of other shopping and restaurants in the immediate area.

In addition to all the activities provided, we like the proximity to shopping: it is an easy bicycle ride to a big grocery store, a pharmacy, and several restaurants.

There is a separate pet section. The physical facilities have been showing their age but recently a major improvement program has been started, including wifi network, paving and pool resurfacing. Significant discounts for monthly and seasonal stays.
