One of the best. Friendly, well manicured, clean. Paved roads and sites. Beautiful mature trees. Only drawback is, although very clean, at present there is only one bath house. I would definitely stay again.
This park is clearly a fine work in progress. Staff was helpful and friendly. It appears most resort offices In this area are closed on Sundays. I left messages for 3 asking to make a reservation - this is the only one to return the call. Concrete roadways within the park are a bit close to the trees but are safe if you pay close attention. Concrete sites are level. Hook-ups are well placed. Cable TV and WiFi were excellent. Park is convenient to supplies and restaurants. Lots of construction... Read More

Concrete sites are level. Hook-ups are well placed.
Cable TV and WiFi were excellent. Park is convenient to supplies and restaurants.
Lots of construction going on. Salt water pool and dog run in the works.
Only minor complaint is the location of the only trash container for the entire park.
When complete this facility will genuinely qualify for the "resort" title.

After finding a number of Corpus Christi RV Parks vastly overrated for their actual appearance and cleanliness, we were cautious about our reserving a space at a park some distance out of the city. The former Rustic Oaks is now Majestic Oak Resort and the new owners have poured a lot of money into the place. They have already tripled the size of the resort but they did so by placing the wide drives and sites between existing mature trees. When we arrived the park was only half filled, but was scheduled for full capacity. We lucked onto the last unreserved space and due to our mid-week arrival the owners arranged for us to be in a nice central spot far from the two lane 55 mph highway. At night we do not hear the road at all.
The current laundry building, showers and restrooms are being duplicated on the other end of the park for the convenience of the campers. They weren't done yet, but with full hook-ups we didn't need those conveniences anyway.
Did I mention the wide driveways? And wide sites? Plenty of room for our 36 foot diesel pusher to maneuver and once parked, plenty of room for our Toad as well.
Park activities include impromptu cocktail gatherings, planned card and game nights, and still to come is the workout room. Want to hold a birthday party? Reserve the meeting room.
The park is only 5 miles S of Rockport and 7 miles N of Aransas Pass. Easy and convenient shopping for supplies.
Friendly full time and workkamper staff.
I'd definitely recommend this park for anyone who plans to stay more than a night or two. Oh, and the net rate for a full week was $34/night but that did not include electrical which is paid by camper for what is actually used. We were told that a deluxe rig with two massive AC units just left and their week cost them $15. I can live with watching how much power I use.

This resort is under new ownership and new management which shows! Upgraded WiFi throughout the park is as good as, if not better than, broadband. They've added new concrete pads to expand the park without turning it into a concrete jungle. They've retained the many of the oak trees which give you a sense of privacy, but they're not so overwhelming that you can't get through with a bigger rig. We've got a 40' 5th wheel that's 13'4" tall and we were able to get in and out just fine.
