Horrible place. It gets one star for the clean restrooms. Everything else about the place was just awful. Driving in, we had to go over a lot of speed bumps to find our site. The site itself was adequate, but we still felt like we were packed in. It is mostly permanent trailers with a few RV sites for guests. We looked at the exercise room and that was a joke - two pieces of broken down equipment. The pool looked like it could hold a dozen people, max, and it was dirty. The traffic noise and... Read More

The traffic noise and sirens made it difficult to sleep at night and we awoke early in the morning to the constant beeping from trucks backing up in the adjacent property. After one night, we decided to leave but we had paid for a full week. After arguing with the general manager, who obviously didn't care, we were given a discount, but we still lost a lot of money. We were just glad to be gone.

Although the people at the park were very nice and as accommodating as possible, our stay wasn't as comfortable as at other parks. We couldn't get WiFi no matter what. The traffic noise was a bother. We enjoyed the pool. We enjoyed the location for great access to the rest of the city. We'll select another park for our future stays in San Antonio.
The park Is average as it mainly is a full-the resident park. We do t utilize the restrooms so I didn't rate them. We utilize this park for the location to the son that we are visiting. The pads are not concrete and the utilities, that we have including water, sewer and electric seems to be fine. The amenities list on the handout specifies cable, and the price that they charge should include it. After checking g in and hooking,up, could not get the cable to work so went back to the office, found... Read More

After checking g in and hooking,up, could not get the cable to work so went back to the office, found out that you need a filter box which you can get for $20.00 deposit, hooked it up and didn't work, called them and they said come back and they changed out the box, still didn't work. Now they washed their hands of it and said that they only provided the cVle because it is given to them by Tim Warner and if I wanted it fixed to call them.
When I called for the reservation was given a rate of $245 a week, I said that this was high and the employee answered that it included a $50.00 deposit and I said ok so I will get that back when I leave. Folks, it's a non-refundable deposit. Now I have been Rvi g quite a while and this is the first time for this.
If you need a spot to stay in and willing to pay $45.00 a day then this place will do. Otherwise go elsewhere.
