Stayed 2 nights on our way to San Antonio to check out the Victoria Area on our first trip to Texas. Nice park, and well kept. Its a long park with a figure 8 configuation, but not a problem getting in our site or exit. The clerk was very friendly and helpful. Good Cable & WiFi. site was concrete pad with plenty of room for RV & Tow vehicle. Lots of contractor type persons staying in the park with some full-timers, but no issues with that.

Staff is very friendly and informative on things to do in the area. Park is very flat with concrete pads for both back in and pull through. Some grass at each site along with a wooden table. Drainage from rain is not good on the back end of the park. All restroom/showers (3) are unisex. Laundry is operated by buying a card. Be wise to buy one with cash at the front desk, not the credit card machine next to the laundry. Has pool and hot tub but didn't see anyone using. Many full time residents... Read More

Many full time residents and local construction/labor workers. Very good cable TV and WiFi. Trash dumpster located at front of park. Gated entry closed after 6:00pm. Need code to enter. No activities in "club house". Located at the far south end of Victoria. Many pet owners don't pick up after their dogs. Traffic through park is one way figure 8, long and narrow. Would stay again if in the area for short time. $153 for 1 week with Good Sam discount.

Worst RV experience in my 8 years on the road. Big truck with no muffler starts up at 5:30 every morning and rides the length of the park waking EVERYONE. Returns at 11:15 each night. Management refused to honor quiet time stating "not ENOUGH people complained about it". Loud trains blowing whistles all night. Tiny sites. WiFi only at office and very poor there. Good Sam must never have been here when they rated it.
Very disappointed after the Good Sam Directory rated this park as a 10 10 9. Only 3 showers for entire park one in the middle of the park is in a wooden shed the other two are at the front of the park in the office area. Noisy children allowed to run around all day long and train whistles day and night. The water hookup was broken when we arrive and my husband had to fix it. The price was right which is the only thing I can't complain about.
Picked this park based on the Good Sam ratings - A BIG mistake. The park has one unisex bathroom located in the RV area that opens directly on to an RV parking spot. Bathroom was modestly clean at best. Many sites flooded with small amount of rain. Sites are crammed right on top of each other offering next to no privacy. Overall, a very disappointing stay.
