The men's restroom was closed. When we went to find out about that the person at the desk told us just to make sure there's no women in the bathroom and go there. Only two of the three showers were available. There was no bench for me to put my things on and to use to get dressed. The shower head had plastic wrapped around the back side of it tied on with a tie wrap. There were two jets that came out of this small shower head. It came out very hard and I was afraid my clothing bag would get wet... Read More

It came out very hard and I was afraid my clothing bag would get wet as the only place to put it was behind the shower curtain in the outer area of that stall. The water from the shower ran all the way out to the bathroom sink. The paint on the picnic table was peeling off pretty badly. The campground was bare bones with no playground or pool.

If you want to stay for more than one night don't stay there. There is no convenient store. They will not let you set up a pet fence by your RV. They water the grass with sprinklers first thing in the morning. If you leave chairs outside or anything else they are all wet when you get up. They don't let you know it will happen. They hand you a list of several things that they will kick you out for. And absolutely no refunds!!!

A real good place to stay. Big areas between spots with nice green grass. The high concrete borders Made it real tight to turn in and not hit your tires on the corners. The dogs loved the big grassy area relax in.

Do not ever, ever stay here if you can avoid it. We stayed there for a week. It was by far the worst place we have ever stayed, primarily due to the dog in the unit next to us. It was a German Shepard that barked almost non-stop. We asked the man to try to keep his dog quiet and when that didn't work we called the office. They said their quiet hours were from 8 PM to 8 AM. We asked if that meant that dogs could bark for the other 12 hours. The lady didn't answer. She went on to say that it was our... Read More

If we had been thinking quicker we would have told her that we would have picked a different spot if their site map had shown us that the one next to the one we selected had a barking dog. About 75% of the spaces in the park were empty, so the response from the lady should have been that she could easily have us move to a different spot. We left the park a day early because we couldn't stand it any longer. To repeat: Don't ever stay at this park unless you love barking dogs and snarky people in charge of the park.

We were very disappointed in this facility. The staff was beyond rude and the bathroom tile was coming up and very dirty. There were 3 units traveling together and my sister was put in a spot that had so many trees they couldn't get reception on their tv. They had to pay an additional $20 a night to move to a another spot. The park was 1/2 empty! Also we found out the weather was dropping down into the teens and we requested to leave a couple of days early. We were told no refunds after arrival... Read More

I went with the Good Sam rating but I should have read other reviews.

This parks website says you can get TV with antenna but you cant. They also did not tell us up front about their cancellation policy. Admitted they should have but refused to give e us a refund. This park is for 1 day stay as you cant us your tv. I would never stay here again. Employees are rude

We cannot rate on the restroom since we didn't use it, nor of the facilities. We did love this little park. Each spot had its own grassy area which made it comfortable with our small dogs. We would definitely recommend this park.

For us, this was just a one night pit-stop on our way South the day after Christmas. We just needed a simple place to park it for the night not have to unhook the car and just use electric service. It met our needs for that purpose. We arrived after hours but had called ahead to let them know and our package was on the door. It was dark but I believe there were only 3-4 spaces occupied. The restrooms are dated but clean. It seemed odd that there was only one toilet in the men's room. What we were... Read More

The restrooms are dated but clean. It seemed odd that there was only one toilet in the men's room. What we were struck by were all the rules and posted signs. We're responsible dog owners. We were surprised to see so many signs and rules about dogs. They must have had some serious issues with bad dog owners. A sign posted in the toilet stall to not "stuff" your dirty toilet paper behind the toilet or on the floor. Really? Enough of a problem that a sign needs to be posted? Gross. While we didn't actually meet or run into anyone during our brief stay, with all the rules and posted signs, it did not feel very welcoming. It made us feel like we shouldn't touch anything. I'm sure the people are very nice but be aware of the messaging to those of us who come and go after hours the impression we get and the effect that has on whether we'll return on our next trip through.

This was my second and very likely last time staying at this facility. The first time I stayed, the park was undergoing renovation so I excused them the lackluster sites and wet floors in the bathroom. The power and water worked and the toilet facilities were clean enough. This trip, the renovations were finished but the improvements were only in the green areas next to the sites. The sites are still not overly level and I had to make a lot of adjustments to get my rig righted. The place that needs... Read More

The sites are still not overly level and I had to make a lot of adjustments to get my rig righted. The place that needs the most renovation is the staff. The woman working the desk on check-in looked bored and she placed us in a site with no picnic table. I could understand this if the park was full but it was over half empty with multiple tabled sites remaining empty during our entire visit. She did make sure to let us know that if we dragged a table from one of the vacant sites, we'd get billed $50. I can't help but wonder if they treat all Good Sam members like this because they feel obligated to give us a discount.

Friendly staff. Clean restrooms/showers, though a bit older. Showers are free and always available (code to get in). No traffic noise. Good wifi. Reservations may be necessary during summer, we had them and it looked like the place was full next morning. It's not right by the interstate, which is good, no traffic noise, but it is not that far from it either. Getting in and out of the park was no problem.

Spaces were short (about 30') but pull thru. Full hookups. Level sites. Per the manager the park will be undergoing renovation in the very near future with limited availability. On back side of RV park is a trailer park. About two miles to downtown with grocery, post office and other services. Sharp u-turn from main road to access road to park entrance. Easy drive to Cedar Breaks National Monument but be prepared for 30-40 degree temperature drop. North exit from monument has very steep grades... Read More

We have a 37 foot motorhome and had no problems getting in or out of the park. The lot we were assigned was rock and gravel and somewhat leveled. We were lucky because other lots we saw did not looked as leveled as ours. There are several long term residences in the park, and we were parked next to one of them. They were friendly, but they were using the picnic table assigned to our lot, which meant we did not have that benefit. The toilets and showers were older and not the best. But, it... Read More

But, it was kept clean daily. The park was a perfect base to catch the Cedar Breaks Monument and Brian Head and other sights in the area. I understand the RV Park is under new management. You can see the effort, but there is still a lot more to be done. For the price we paid, we expected a little better.

The staff at Cedar Breaks were very friendly, helpful, and accommodating. They came by to make sure everything was ok when we were getting set up and recommended a great diner for dinner. The restrooms and grounds were clean and well maintained. I would stay there again and will recommend the park to friends.

Disappointed. Very noisy. Garbage scattered about, even an old broom laying by the building. There was a broken lawn chair left in the space we were given. Smokers throwing cigarette butts all over. The spaces were well defined and water, electricity and sewers easily accessible. Too bad so poorly cared for.

We are a very easy going couple. We do not need anything fancy! This park was perfect. We were greeted right away and promptly shown our spot. It had a picnic table with grass and a tree which our two dogs appreciated. We love that there is a enclosed dog run area for our pups to get off leash. We traveled with a German Shepherd and they had no problem with that. Lots of other parks have our dog on a restricted breed list :-( The park was quiet and it is going through lots of improvements with... Read More
