Everything about this place is great. The people, the Manager, the location is breathtaking and the heated pool, it is salt water in the pool and hot tub. It is newer and all the lots are level. Love this place.

The campground is a little hard to get to. Very hidden but absolutely loved this place. It had big sites and very quite but the best part was the people who run it! Hands down the best customer service I have ever seen. I did not realize the cabins did not have showers. This was totally my fault I didn't notice this when I booked. My mother could not stay in the cabin because she is handicapped and hard for her to get to the main bathhouse. They refunded my money entirely. They had no problem... Read More

The gentleman is extremely nice and the lady in the office is very helpful if you have questions around the area. With maps and pamphlets and her favorite places to visit. We loved it here!

Staff was exceptional. I arrived with an issue. The manager was at my site in 5 minutes and when he could not help he called the local RV repair for me. The repairman arrived in less than 45 minutes. I also had an issue with a UPS package delivery and they went above and beyond helping me resolve the issue. Pull-through site was comfortable for my 36 foot fifth wheel and large pickup truck. Bathrooms and laundry room were very clean. I will return to this resort next time I am in the area. Read More

Cleanest facilities and best upkeep of any RV park I’ve ever stayed in. Quiet park and very friendly and professional hard working staff. Amenities are deluxe and well kept. Just outside of town and you can see the stars with no light pollution. Dog friendly. Would definitely stay again.

The facility was very nice and showers were big and private. Roads and sites are gravel but mostly level, if you do their posted speed limit, the dust is kept at a minimum. The staff were friendly and helpful. I was in site M-13 and internet was good.

Campsite was fine but lax enforcement of noise rules and overall rude neighbors. Loud outside until well after 1100 pm. Not great for families looking to get rest before hiking the next day. More like a frat house or tailgate.

You may miss this park if you are not paying attention or it is dark. The sign for the park is past their entry and the mile marker is too small to see in time to turn. That would be a shame because this is a nice park. If you are going to visit Zion, Bryce and the North Rim of the Grand Canyon, this park will provide you with a good base. The park has an upper and lower area that are served well by their own clubhouse and facilities. The laundry's are new and clean. The facilities are set... Read More

The park has an upper and lower area that are served well by their own clubhouse and facilities. The laundry's are new and clean. The facilities are set up like your house all contained in one private room. The sites are gravel with a good size concrete patio. Trees have been planted, but are immature. Water pressure is significant, so you should use a regulator. There is no wifi at the site or cable. Antenna pick up was not available because of the Grand Plateau behind us. We were too busy and tired to care. The pool area and clubhouse were clean and comfortable. There is a pickle ball /basketball court. Kanab has two grocery stores, but the prices were high. Many of the restaurants were either closed or on reduced schedules, but we did manage to get into Escobars Mexican which was great. The RV park staff was very helpful and nice. As much as I would like to be disconnected, I admit I need and use the internet for many things. Wifi is very desirable to travelers, so I hope this is offered at the sites in the future. My only other concern was the dogs that were off leash. The fifth wheel across from our site never had their dog on a leash and it was running through other sites. Not the dogs fault, but this rude owner should understand that this is poor etiquette and the park needs to enforce this policy.

Conveniently located. Imaculately clean. Super friendly and helpful. The grounds keeper was on site every day cleaning and trimming. The utilites at each spot were clean and fully operational. Each spot faces a beautiful view of the cliffs. We spent a week and would go back again in as we have a chance.

This is a new RV park in Kanab and is about 2 miles just outside of town on 89 as you head toward AZ. It is one of the nicest RV parks we have stayed during our travels in the Western U.S., Canada and Alaska. They are continuing to add amenities to the park. They have private restrooms and showers that are fantastic. Lots of hot water and water pressure, such a nice change from what we normally experience. They have a playground for kids, a dog park they are planning on expanding to include an obstacle course, pool and hot tub. We used the hot tub and very much appreciated the electric cover that removed with a push of a button. They also have a clubhouse but we did not go to that facility. The customer service here is excellent as the employee's really are committed to making your stay special. We have stayed at two other parks in Kanab and this is by far the best we have experienced. They also have WiFi extenders throughout the park. Would highly recommend.

This place was an absolute God-send! We took off on our COVID travel adventure the first of October and went to another park that promised to have cell coverage...something we needed for my wife to work and my son to school. We got there on a Sunday night and there were literally no bars...nada. So we packed up the following morning in search for WiFi and a new park and something told me to look at this place. Wow am I glad we did...so glad that we cancelled all of our other campground reservations... Read More

Wow am I glad we did...so glad that we cancelled all of our other campground reservations in Southern Utah and decided just to stay here. Could not be happier. The facility is brand new (opened in April 2020). The facilities are top-notch with a nice little store and clubhouse that abuts the swimming pool and hot tub (a daily treasure). The bathrooms, showers and laundry facilities are something right out of a very nice hotel. The trees will grow and then getting into this place will be a little challenging. We will be back for sure. Oh and the staff are amazing!

We just spent a week here and absolutely loved the campground! They are indeed Big Rig friendly! My recommendation would be to move the existing Pickleball court so that it facesNorth and South. They do have a PB court, but most people play in the morning and the sun blinds you even while wearing a visor. Also, move the Fence....it is so close to the line that it makes it almost impossible to return the shot if the ball hits near the line. As RVers we are ALWAYS looking for campgrounds that... We stayed in our motorhome for 5 days in space P2, very close to cabins, pool, office, laundry & restroom facilities. Our friends stayed in Cabin 1 and another couple with us stayed in space next to us. The concrete pads were level and sites large. The trees are new so are small. Picnic tables new and nice. Dog park great. Lots of doggie doo stations in park. It is pet friendly. We had three dogs with us.The office has a few supplies but not much. Town is only two miles to the west. The views... The views are spectacular. We volunteered at Best Friends which was only a 15 minute drive away. One of the best things about this park is that they take your enjoyment of their park seriously. They go out of their way to be helpful and really are. The spaces are back in and are very easy to access. Wide streets! We broke our sewer connection cap and they replaced it with a smile and no charge! Lynn in the office is tops and Phil was handy on his golf cart for any questions and help. Such nice people!!! The private bathrooms (4) are amazing....huge and so nice with large bench for things. The tiled shower is so large...larger than any of my three at home!!! They even had a washer and dryer in laundry room reserved for pet bedding! When I mentioned dog park a little far for an older couple to walk to, Phil said they heard that comment before and are going to cut a shortcut path to the park!!! We were totally pleased with our stay there and plan to go back. This is the most spacious of the rv parks in Kanab.

This is going to be a great park once it grows some plants. But, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay for five nights. Lots of room to maneuver our big rig, spacious sites. Didn't use the restrooms, but the pool is great. Great location to visit Kanab and there are a lot of things to do. Very dusty, but that is Utah. The road in is quite dusty. The Internet is below average even though they claim you can stream. Don't plan to. Would stay here again if visiting the area.

Expecting a "Heber City" type experience, and was disappointed. The entrance to the park from the highway needs signage. Super hard to find, and then you have to hunt for a place to turn around (After you drive past it)

brand new park with plenty of room for big rigs, beautiful views, staff is very friendly - most of Kanab will open June 15th, but will definitely stay here when traveling through S. Utah

The very best that Kanab has to offer. Brand new facility very conveniently located about 1 mile east of downtown Kanab. Check in was a breeze. The registration area is clean with logo apparel, soft drinks and various.snacks to purchase. Adjacent is a rec room with comfy sofas.and a large screen TV. Behind that is the AWESOME pool and jacuzzi area. Everything is brand new and super clean. Our site was on the lower area near the dog run. It was wide enough to.park the dually beside the 5th wheel or we could have even parked in front of it, plenty of room. The site is compressed DG, so it looks and feels more like asphalt than gravel. Easy hook up location on the site. WiFi is great! The community restrooms are the best we have ever seen or used. Each one is a private individual bathroom with a bench, sink, mirror, toilet and shower. Great water pressure and easy temperature controls. Plus, it's all CLEAN tiles! We'll be back soon!
