There are several RV parks in the area, including one right across the street from J&J. It's clear that J&J is the newest of the bunch. The trees are new and landscaping overall hasn't "filled in." So it's a little more exposed to the elements if you're parked there. But everything is brand new. The hook-ups were all immaculate. Water pressure good. Electric hook-up wasn't sketchy. Just good, solid stuff. The layout is the simple racecourse, with back-ins along the sides of the oval and... Read More

Just good, solid stuff. The layout is the simple racecourse, with back-ins along the sides of the oval and pull throughs in the middle. We stayed in a pull through, and there was plenty of room for our 30' rig and our Honda Fit toad right behind. The spacing between lots is average, I would say.
The best part is how friendly the folks are. The young man who signed us in was great. And when we asked if we could park our rig on site for part of the next day after (after check out time, but we had a tour we needed to do) he had NO issues. He founds us a nice, safe spot, and our rig sat there until about 3:30.
The lot is right on the main road and convenient to the heart of Kanab. Easy to access.
It's a simple place. There aren't pools and clubhouses. Just nice lots, nice people, restrooms & laundry facilities (we only saw from the outside) and that was certainly enough for our one night stay. When our travels bring us back to Kanab, we'll be back to J&J!

Stayed here for 9 days. Very clean and great location. This is a new park with everything in great shape. The sites are large and level. Nice laundry facility with new machines. Never used the restroom/shower facility but I'm sure they are like the rest of the park and in great condition. Staff are very friendly and helpful. We went here to visit all of the National Parks in the area and its a great location for that. We also wanted to do the BLM lottery to get into The Wave. This park... Read More

This park is right across the street from the BLM visitor center and made it easy for us to walk over for the morning drawing. We got selected on our third day and hiked The Wave! What a fantastic place that is but that's for another review somewhere else. Would definitely stay here again.

My wife and I stayed here for 6 nights and found J&J to be just what we needed and hoped for as a base while we "toured" the National Parks. People are friendly, the grounds are immaculate and setup is easy. We recommend it highly.
Great location for visiting the Utah national park. Clean facility with spacious spaces with good electricity, internet.
Super clean and nicely landscaped. Big lots and big rig friendly. Nice, grassy dog park. Owner/managers live on site and are super helpful about local sights and dining. I highly recommend this park.
We stayed at J&J's in Kanab with the intention of hiking the surrounding areas. It was perfect for this. Located on the east edge of town, it was clean with all facilities fresh and new. It has a small dog park where our Golden Doodle made new friends. Wide pull-throughs gave us plenty of room for our 42' 5th wheel and truck and still had room for ground mats to cover the gravel. The loop road is one of the widest I've ever seen making it easy to maneuver the truck and trailer. The hosts were... Read More

The loop road is one of the widest I've ever seen making it easy to maneuver the truck and trailer. The hosts were kind, and very polite. It will be nice when the trees get bigger for shade but our awnings were plenty for the weather in April. Access to the BLM visitor center almost just across the road. The Park office has more hiking brochures than the BLM and the park staff is happier to share than the BLM folks. Kanab is the perfect place to stay for several national parks and many BLM hiking adventures. A hearty recommendation for J&Js RV park.
