Stayed 4 nights . Easy to get to from I64. Staff was very helpful getting our reservation set up on short notice. Nice quiet mostly level, gravel campsites. All interior roads are gravel but easy to travel on and ride bikes. Tennis courts are also set up for pickleball. Close enough to Williamsburg, Jamesport and Yorktown to make short day trips to. Nice enough restroom/shower facilities just need cleaned a little more often.
Very pleased with the facilities! The staff were very friendly and helpful. Our site was level, shaded and very peaceful. Plan to return soon. Highly recommend Colonial Pines if you are looking for a peaceful, relaxing get away. Near enough to Williamsburg to enjoy all the restaurants and activities.
We were pleasantly surprised by this campground. The staff was very pleasant and helpful. The park is small but the spaces are nice size and situated with trees dividing the spaces. It was so peaceful and quiet. The restrooms were very clean. They were centrally located between Williamsburg and Yorktown. Easy to get to. Thanks
My wife and I decided to drive the site before bringing our 5'er into the resort after driving the park we had to change our destination because it was too risky to drive the uneven roads with trees that were unforgivingly close to the roads for a rig our size (13' 5") not to mention that the sites were in serious need of maintenance...not sure we had enough leveling blocks. There are long term sites here and that area is probably one of the best long term sites with regards to cleanliness. Read More

Excellent experience. Helpful staff, clean & level sites. Well-maintained washrooms. Utilities were great. Only wish would be 50 amp service. We will be back.
We LOVED this campground! The staff was super friendly and helpful, and the site was quiet and had a woodsy loveliness. The WIFI worked really well, too. If we're ever in the area again, we will definitely go back.
This is a lovely campground! Spacious, shady, clean, level gravel site that was easy to back in. Grounds are clean and well kept. Easy access off I64 and into Williamsburg. Staff was friendly and helpful. There is a very large nice pool that we thoroughly enjoyed. Will certainly stay again.
We had a lovely site. There was plenty of precut firewood for campfires and plenty of room between sites. It was quiet and peaceful. Lots of room to walk. The only negative was that there was only one poop station to deposit poop bags. Other than that I loved it! Would definitely return.
We appreciated the variety of recreation available here along with the many nature trails on a huge property. The staff was friendly and helpful. We would definitely like to spend more time here.
