I would like to start by saying that the grounds are nice and if you are a fisherperson this would probably be a great place for you. You might ask why then would I give them only one star in my review. Here you go.... 1) Speed limit in the park is a joke, it is supposed to be 10 MPH but people are going double and triple that. Small children and pets are not safe here! 2) The park is geared towards permanent residents not short term guests. There are only 4 short term sites with full hookups... Read More

Small children and pets are not safe here! 2) The park is geared towards permanent residents not short term guests. There are only 4 short term sites with full hookups and they all are directly across from a very loud children's playground and right next to the main road (that everyone speeds down). I do mean right next to it, the end our our rig was within 2 feet of the road. 3) There are trains running right by the campground constantly day and night. 4) If you want to sleep don't plan on it here. In addition to the trains, and fishermen speeding past your rig starting about 5am. There are roosters that start in well before dawn. We were supposed to stay 2 nights but forefitted our 2nd night (because they have an absolute no return policy no matter how bad your stay is)!! This place needs security patrols to ensure safe speeds are maintained and to care a bit more about their campers than the random fishermen they allow in for day use.

Don't waste your money! If I could give NO stars I would! This place is a dump! We reserved site 107 for a single night as we were passing through. I was told it was "really nice and right by the river". Ok. The river is behind a overgrown bramble at the end of a dirt and grass lot with a rusty power pole in the middle of it and right beside a dilapidated RV turned home site with the residents shooting BB guns. When the office was notified that we were unhappy with the site (before we even set up)... Read More

FOR WHAT?!? Showers are coin operated and not included with the fee. PortaPottys including one directly in front of our site, only two "real" bathrooms seen and not within convenient walking distance in either direction. Extremely poor customer service. Sincerely wish I had chosen another place to stay.

When you enter the Park it states registered guests right lane, registering guests left lane. So you pull to the left and it is really the exit with spikes for your tires. Be careful. We needed a full hookup and were sent to the back area. The full hookup row consists of 9 sites and a small restroom. This single shower restroom also supports over 40 tent sites, with multiple tents per site. So, all the tent campers traipse up there all day and night. Our site was disgusting. Filthy. It... It had a fire ring but someone wanted the fire closer to the table, so they just started a fire there. When we arrived it was full of trash. The site had other trash all over it, including an old discarded sewer hose. If you stay here, only stay in the front sites.

We stayed at this RV Park/Campground for 4 months (Mid April to Mid August 2016). We loved it, and we already made our reservations for next year. The long term sites have full hookups, but I understand that some of the short-term sites do not have sewer. This RV park is right on the Nisqually river (with multiple river access areas). It is more like a campground than an RV park with a ton of mature trees, and other natural surroundings. It is about 1 hour to seattle, and about 90 minutes to Mount... Read More

The staff does a wonderful job of constantly maintaining and improving the park grounds. The office staff is helpful, and friendly. They have campfire pits at every site. There are quite a few full-timers in the RV park, but it's not run down like many other parks we've been to with full-time residents.

I have been staying here for 5 years now and everytime back the grounds keep getting better and better. Great staff to work with, clean and well kept grounds, restrooms and showers are clean. My only complaint would be too somehow slow down the people that live there full time, even with speed bumps some of them drive like idiots.
