Stayed here because it was the only place we could get a spot. This is a large paved parking lot in rough shape. Sites are VERY tight. We have a 34' 5er with 3 slides and barely got in. Lots of traffic noise from I-90. Lots of permenant trailers in bad condition. No security. Lots of pan handlers in the area. WiFi only available at the office. Never again.
We had a pull-through site that was a good size, but the park is basically a parking lot. Close to grocery shopping and some restaurants. The pool, whirlpool and sauna were very nice, but the hours were very limiting (10am to 7pm). We took a nearby bus that is about 30 minutes from Portland. With few choices that are close to Portland, we would consider coming here again.
The real problem we had with this facility was the management and rules they had there. First, I called ahead knowing we were going to arive at 8:30pm, they informed me that the office closes at 7pm but they would leave our check in info on the door. When we showed up there was only one packet on the door, it had another name on it but the info looked like it might be correct. We parked since we had no way to contact anyone to verify after hours. The note asked us to check in before 11am the next... Read More

The note asked us to check in before 11am the next day (the office opened at 10am). This was a problem since we were there on business and needed to be in a meeting by 8am. We spoke to the office over the phone the next morning and they asked if we could move the RV since they had left us the wrong info. I explained that we could but it wouldn't be possible till after 6pm. They seemed anoyed that we couldn't drop everything to fix their problem, but they allowed us to stay in the site. Since we were there on business we were hoping to relax in the pool at night but the pool is only open during business hours, which means it closes at 7pm during the week and 6pm on Sunday's. The same is true for the game room, which makes these things virtually useless unless you plan to stay at the RV park all day. There really isn't much appeal here, the sites are very tight and it's just a giant parking lot. The showers are free but I have yet to get a shower that was consistently hot. Oh and the one day we did drop everything to try to use the pool, they had it closed for maintinance reducing their already limited pool hours. We won't ever go back, not worth the money.

Responsive management, clean grounds, clubhouse and pool, plus easy access to the Seattle area.
This is a pretty cramped park. They have a nice clubhouse, restrooms were clean and an indoor pool. it appears that most of the trailers are of a semi-permanent nature. There is free WiFi and cable television. If you are visiting the Seattle area it is really close and right off the I-90 with a grocery store, Outback Steakhouse, Pizza Hut, and gas stations nearby. If visiting Seattle again I would stay at this park mainly due to it's good location.
Nice Park - The space I was in is really too close to the freeway (I-90) There was lots of road noise a ALL times - hard to sleep. Not bad besides that - but will find another park away from the freeway next time I'm in the area
